Melanie’s classes leave you informed, with new skills and inspired to cook more delicious healthy food on your own. I have taken four of her classes; they are fun, tasty and packed with information about the food we eat and should eat, I highly recommend her classes to anyone!
Over a year ago I hurt my back and that eventually led me to Bikram yoga last December. This is where I met Melanie who took me under her wing and helped me understand some dietary mistakes unique to my situation and set me on a path of recovery.

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult or boring, and Melanie proves this in her hands-on cooking classes. Her classes are fun and informative, and you get to enjoy the delicious ‘fruits of your labour’ at the end of each class. A great way to spend an afternoon or evening with friends!

Melanie comes in and cooks for our family twice a week. The kids have embraced her and love her cooking so much that they always ask for seconds. Some of our favourites include her frittata, stews, and even her gluten free peanut butter cookies made with chick peas. It is a relief and major support to come home at the end of a hectic day and have a beautiful and nutritious meal laid out for us, and even to have enough as leftovers for the week when we’re in a hurry.
